we are members of the southern private landlords association and the national landlords association.
I would recomend membership to all private landlords they are an excellent source of support ,information and advice
membership fees are generallly around 75 pounds per annum and deductable against your income tax.....
our have a telephone help line and provide all documents needed to manage property , discounted buildings insurance and tennant refferencing services. also natio wide discounts from places such as builders merchants and trade suppliers of decorating materials.
how about nice large tubs of magnolia at 40% offf ......

I thought you said you didn't like advertising in these forums?
In this case we will allow it... I agree a membership of any of the large Landlord association is no bad thing. We have no affiliation to any of them but are members of RLA ourselves and have to date earned every penny from good advice..
Just to let you know Chris and anyone else who will listen  NO ADVERTISING IN THIS FORUM. I will remove them and I promise none from me either.

What am i supposed to be advertising all i have done is extol the benefits of joining a landlords association and mentioned the 2 we are members of ..i have not recomended these over any others ..
i dont get commission ,i am not selling or promoting anything either
whats the problem

Not berating you just pulling your leg, I want as much recommendation in the forum as possible as this is the best form of finding the right information.
