seeems grimsby , middlesborough and hull are offering reasonable yields at the bottom end of the market with potential for more capital growth in the regeneration areas.
look around the medway towns in kent they come within the thames gateway regeneration area ..south eastern trains are investing in superfast trains that will service this area and ventually run via the new international station at ebbsfleet and reduce commuter time into london significantly...
lots of choice in the area from terraced houses and flats up to new build , waterside living around st marys island ( the old naval dockyard ) off plan
and the university of kent and mid kent college are expanding here so there may be potential for student lets, there are also major hospitals in the town.
